Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026
Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Triathlon Association of Singapore will be held by way of electronic means. Details as follow:
Date: 29 September 2026 (Tuesday)
Time: 7:00pm
Venue: Zoom Meeting Room
The 2026 AGM will transact the following business: –
- Welcome Address
- To approve and confirm the minutes of the 2025 AGM held on 26 September 2025
- To approve and confirm the Annual Report for the year ending 31 March 2026.
- To approve and confirm the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2026.
- To appoint the external Auditor for the ensuing Year – 1st April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
- To elect the nine (9) Governing Board Members for the next term (2026 to 2028)
- To transact any other business brought forward, in accordance with the Constitution of TAS, Clause 14.4 – “Full Members who wish to table a resolution for the General Meeting’s approval must notify the Secretary General in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the date of the AGM.”
Important Notes:
- Who can attend AGM? Each affiliate (full member and associate member) is entitled to have one (1) authorised delegate to attend the AGM, and must RSVP by 21 September 2026.
- Who can table a resolution for AGM? Full Members can table a resolution for AGM’s approval by submitting to the TAS Secretary General in writing by 15 September 2026.
- Nomination Process:
- Nomination period will be from 1 to 21 September 2026 (21 Days)
- All nominations must be proposed by a Full Member and seconded by another Full Member.
- All nominees must complete Form A, to include their personal profile, and a declaration form of any personal or business interest that may be of concern to TAS and its member
- All nominees must be a paid up individual member of TAS, be at least 21 years of age and shall be Singapore Citizen or PR
- Who can vote during AGM? Only Full Members have voting rights. Each Full Member is entitled to have one authorised delegate (above the age of 21) to attend, speak and vote on its behalf.

| 29 September 2026 | Registration for AGM commences at 6:30pm Delegates to join the meeting with their names and representing organisation. AGM by electronic means will commence at 7:00pm |
