Elites / Pros

International Triathlon Union (ITU) – Elite / U23 / Junior Categories

All athletes intending to compete in any ITU events, at Elite/U23/Junior Level, must first qualify for the High Performance Program (HPP). Athletes:

  1. Must be a Citizen or PR of Singapore
  2. Must not have represented another NF in the calendar year of race.
  3. Must be holding on to a valid TAS Membership (License)
  4. First Timers must submit “Draft-Legal Endorsement Form”, to be endorsed by a certified  Coach.

IRONMAN – Pro

To compete in IRONMAN and 70.3 events as a pro athlete, you must obtain their IRONMAN Pro membership. To gain this, you must first be holding on to a valid TAS membership (License). For more info on IRONMAN Pro membership and entry process, you may refer here

Challenge Family – Pro

To compete in Challenge Family events as a professional athlete, you must obtain their challenge family professional membership. To gain this, you must first be holding on to a valid TAS membership (License). For more info on challenge family professional membership and their entry process, you may refer here

ITU Triathlon Age Group World Championships – (Sprint / Standard distance)

Athletes are free to register for any age grouper races in the world, except for those that required qualification and  be registered through their NF. Such races includes the ITU Triathlon Age Group World Championships. This will be held at the end of every season’s  World Triathlon Series, in conjunction with the WTS Grand Final. Athletes:

  1. Must be a Citizen or PR of Singapore (Min. 3 years)
  2. Must be holding on to a valid TAS Membership (License)
  3. Must have qualified via the National Triathlon Championships (NTC) Series.
  4. Fully self funded (race entry fees, travel, accommodation, Team Uniform)
