ITU / ASTC Triathlon Races (Elites)

Refer to World Championship, Asian Championships and Continental Cups.

1. For National representation at Asian Championships and Continental Cups, athletes:

• Must be an athlete under the Triathlon Training Squad Scheme.
• Must be a citizen or PR of Singapore, or must have been residing in Singapore for the past 3 years.
• Must not have represented another country in the calendar year, prior to the date of the race.
• Must have fulfilled the qualification criteria for the race.
• Must have read, understand and follow all the instructions in ITU competition rules that can be found on (www.triathlon.org).
• Reasons for participating in the race must be in line and accordance to the athlete’s training and competition plan, and approved by the selection committee.

2. For National representation at World Championships, athletes:

• Must be an athlete under the TTS Scheme.
• Must have qualified through ITU points system, accumulated via continental cup races.

For Qualification, athletes:

• Need to submit to TAS past results of Aquathlon/Duathlon Races.
• And/Or Results of Component (Swim/Bike/Run) Races.
